How we use it:
1. We do not sell or market to your email address when you write a review unless you opt-in for our newsletter when you write a review
2. Reviewer’s Email – To confirm identities and contact reviewer with any questions. It not publicly posted.
3. Reviewer’s Name – To add validity to review. It is publicly posted.

To remove your review or name:
Please contact us if you’d like to remove your review from our site. If you’d like to edit or update your review, please log into your profile.

NEWSLETTER
What we collect:
1. E-mail address
2. Name

How we use it:
When you opt in to our newsletter, you are added to our newsletter list. We send out our articles, news, and other updates we believe are relevant. We may send emails on behalf of third parties, however, your email address/name is never shared.

To remove yourself from our newsletter list:
There is an unsubscribe option at the bottom of every email or you can contact The Student Travel Hub.

SURVEYS
What we collect:
1. E-mail address
2. Name (optional)
3. Other data submitted in the survey

How we use it:
When you take a survey through The Student Travel Hub, you are given the option to be added to our newsletter. If you accept, see our “Newsletter” section above for how that data will be shared. For Survey data, we may publish aggregated anonymized results on The Student Travel Hub—which may be shared or reproduced by third parties—however, your email address and name are not shared, nor is any identifying information.

What we collect:

How we use it:
We collect your name and email in order to send you reminders and any follow-up information regarding the webinar you signed up for. Our webinar presenters will also have access to the information you provide (name and email). If you’d like more information on how the webinar sponsor will use your information, please reach out to their organization directly.

When you sign up for a webinar, you will also be added to our Newsletter list. Please see above to review our privacy policy in regard to the newsletter.

If you’d like to retract your name and information for a webinar:
Please email us if you’d like your information removed from a webinar. If you have already attended the webinar, and would like to remove your information from a third-party sponsor list, please reach out to that organization directly.

Public Information
We use Facebook Comments to allow users to comment on blog posts and pages. These comments are public and may be read, collected and used by anyone. You are able to delete your own comment or, if you’d like us to remove it for you, please contact The Student Travel Hub.

Embedded Content From Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
